Eight miles of quartz sand are home to many single family homes, condo, villas and hotels on Siesta Key. Visitors can access the Gulf by the many access points up and down the key or by the public beach access of Turtle Beach on the key's south end or Siesta Key beach closer to the north bridge. The weekly Sunday night Drum Circle takes place just an hour before sunset. Be sure to bring a chair, blanket and your favorite snack or beverage. Siesta Key is also known for it's fabulous dining experiences and includes local favorites such as Ophelias on the Bay, Captain Curt's, Spearfish Grill, Toasted Mangos, Flavios, and Siesta Key Oyster Bar (S.K.O.B.) to name a few. The Siesta Key Trolley will take you to your destination 7 days a week. Or, you can rent one of the electric bikes, scooters or vehicles from the local stores along the way. Be sure to stay outside long enough to enjoy Siesta Key's famous sunset and take plenty of photos to remember your trip to paradise.
